Drunk Steak

I got this recipe from a good old friend of mine, who happens to be the best cook I know. Besides myself of course.

4 TBSP bourbon
8 TBSP soy sauce

Baked Spaghetti Dish

Ingredients:
1 C. chopped onion
1 C. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb ground beef (optional), browned and grease drained
1 28oz can chopped tomatoes (don’t drain)

Cheesy Chicken & Jalapeno Rice Bake

This dish is by far one of my favorites! I usually serve it with a corn. If you want to use it as a side instead of a main dish, just omit the chicken. Yum!

Mexican Wedding Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup crushed Heath Bar candy
2 cup powdered sugar
